Scope
Space Coast Metal Roofing is operated by Brian Higdon, sole proprietor. We provide general metal-roofing information and accept project requests for review by the site owner. We do not price, perform or supervise construction, and requests are not automatically routed to contractors.
General information
Roofing systems, coastal exposure, proposals, permits, warranties and insurance requirements vary by property. The information provided is not engineering, code, legal, insurance or financial advice. Verify current source documents and obtain qualified advice before making a decision that affects your property or coverage.
No quote or response promise
Submitting a request does not create a contractor-client relationship and does not guarantee a response, contractor introduction, inspection, geographic coverage, price or quote. An error can mean the request was rejected before storage or that a stored request could not be notified. Do not submit a duplicate merely because an error appeared. Use the property email to ask whether a request was recorded; do not include sensitive records. Stored request and notification records follow the five-year retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Contractors
Any contractor you choose or are later introduced to is an independent business. Space Coast Metal Roofingdoes not employ, supervise, warrant or vouch for that contractor. Before work begins, verify the license through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, request current insurance evidence, review the permit responsibility and read the complete contract.
Your agreement with a contractor
Any construction agreement is solely between you and the contractor. Space Coast Metal Roofing is not a party to the price, schedule, scope, workmanship, warranty, permit or dispute. Direct complaints about work to the contractor and the appropriate licensing or building authority.
Contact permission
The request form's checkbox is off by default. Checking it authorizes Space Coast Metal Roofing to email you about the request. If you voluntarily provide a phone number, it also authorizes an ordinary person-to-person call or text about the request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to a text. The owner reviews requests before any possible human introduction; a response or introduction is not guaranteed. Acceptable use
Do not submit another person's contact information without permission, send deceptive or unlawful requests, attempt to evade security controls, interfere with the site, or use it to transmit sensitive records. Abusive or automated submissions may be rejected.
Disclaimer and limits
The information and request service are provided as-is, without warranties to the fullest extent the law allows. To that extent, Brian Higdon, sole proprietor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from a contractor relationship. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The effective date changes when these terms are materially updated.
